Sited on a through lot in Korea Town, the site sits one lot back from Sixth Street, along a DWP parking lot unlikely to change any time soon. This presents a unique site condition creating a highly visible south facing façade set back from the street edge. The design uses horizontal sun shading and an array of colored translucent vertical panels that will activate the façade with the movement of the sun.
