Status: Completed 2008
The site is at the edge of a residential neighborhood adjacent to a busy commercial street. The slope of the site allows the massing of the building to diminish toward the lower scale residences. Although the apartments are organized around a courtyard, the building engages the neighborhood by establishing a "front porch" connection through its Community Room.
