This study of the CBS Studios site on Sunset Blvd was designed to help understand how the new mixed used program could be integrated with the existing historic structures on the site. The two towers contain a boutique hotel and condominiums. The parking is a four story structure located in the center of the block with townhouses wrapping the perimeter to create the street frontage. The roof of the parking features a pool and garden courtyard.
